As already stated, moonshine is usually too low proof to use as a solvent. The other problem is that moonshine distillers attempt to capture flavors (congeners) during their cuts process. In fact, they will attempt to collect and mix low proof cuts to draw in for maximum flavor. These flavors could easily stick around in your concentrate once purged.
If you find that it is high enough proof, and you decide to use it--try a little test: Poor a tablespoon of the shine in a glass and swish it around a bit, let the moonshine evaporate. Once evaporated, smell the inside of the glass. If you still smell something, you can bet that some of the smell/flavor would be trapped in you concentrate.
