Mold in grow room, please help

Hi everyone, i have got leaks here and there in soon to be my grow room (hopefully). But there is mold growing on walls and in some corners, i am able to get a lot of ventilation and possibly a humidifier and of course I remove the mold as soon as i see it, but it will probably always come back now and then becouse i can not fix the underlying problem the leaks.

My question is: Will i be able to grow and flower in this enviornment and how sensitie are the plants to mold and fungus, or is my plan basically dead?, my room is all made of wood and I will be growing in nft hydro system.

Please help I have given this a lot of thought, any advise will be we grateful. Thanks.

you will have a higher chance of fungal problems, and have to be very diligent with RH, but it can be done, imo.

Bleach and lots of ventilation. Got an exhaust fan?

I have already used bleach on large parts of the room including on all the mold i can see, but some parts are difficult to get to. yes I have exhaust fan and planning to buy one who is able to change air 30 times an hour, I feel confident that i can keep RH fairly low but I am afraid if mold spores are able to travel to the buds and develop in there even if RH is low.

Get some mold killer for use in showers, you get it at the supermarket. Spray the shit out of your place, it works for avoiding fungal problems when growing shrooms....

P.S. that mold growing on the wall is very bad for you and your family's health.

For the areas you can't get with a brush, have you tried bleach in a spray bottle?

hard to get rid of all mold spores unless you have a sealed room keep the room very clean alot of ventelation and try to keep humidity below 50% and you should be fine a regular spray of neem oil every 2-3weeks until buds form then discontinue the neem and it should keep the mold at bay.

Wipe down with bleach water or the mold killer. With the plants uot you can run a sulphur burner too. It screw up the molds pH.
