So when this babe was in full bloom, how far from your house could you smell her?
Cool. Reason I asked is because back in the old days, had a mixed indy-sat grow with no carbon filter..could smell it from the sidewalk. A buddy sneaks up to the room and says..."#. #. P. D." Nearly shit in my pants. Later on, 2 neighbors were walking up and down the street trying to figure out who was breaking up the bricks. Chopped 2 weeks early because of that. Paranoia from detectable odors was not fun.She was a landrace sativa. There was only a mild smell and it smelled like Old Spice. When I grew the Scott's OG and Jesus OG you could smell them a block away.
Hahah yea man i know exactly what you went through for sure. Yea the tga seedlings were stinky. I had a pack of sensi skunk from sensi seeds and i swear the seedlings stunk more than when they were mature. Lol i love when you can just tell someone nearby is growing. When i was staying in Arcata, CA it was like that. Everyone was growing and the neighborhood smelled like heaven. I would love to move back there.@kindnug - I didn't do any official measuring of the whole crop. However I estimate that that season was about 22 total and 5 primo. 10 went in the compost because we had a damp fall and there was some rot on the colas. The next year it was hot and dry until February and the harvest was perfect. I gave the overage away to patients. 2 at the L.A. Medical Cannabis cup.
3 trimmed
@Og grumble - Hahahaha! Sounds like when I was drying and trimming the JOG and my house smelled like that. Try not answering your door for 2 weeks.
Late August through September you can smell people's loud gardens throughout the neighborhood.
When I grew out my first batch of TGA seeds I was surprised by the level of stinky the seedlings generated.
Cheers,
Mo

How is your garden doing?
The screen room is looking good! I'll take some better pics and get some pics posted over there. Seeds are interesting things@curious2garden - Nice job! The weather here has also been gorgeous and I am between gigs so I have been working on the screen room. We are expecting rain for a week or two. Can you please post some close up pics of your seeds to the seed picture thread? The link is in my signature.
@ShLUbY - Thanks! You too!
