Miracle Grow breaking into MMJ Market

If they can make it so it won't cause nutrient lockout because miracle grow is a salt based nutrient I will pay $6 over $13 or $18 any day.
 
They need to have a set of nutes like Humboldt. With there volume their price points would make them untouchable. Things are looking up for the self growing self medicated.

Dell & HP did this with the computer market. They seen companies like AlienWare and Voodoo so they bought them out. Google does this all the time too. They bought out Writely and Picnik for their Google docs and photo editing sites. Scott is probably going to buy ad space in the MJ magazines, then also buy out small companies (maybe even FoxFarm). They'll even leave the product as-is since it already has a customer base. And eventually I'm sure they'll come out with an expensive lineup that has even better ingredients to sell to the eco friendly high roller cannabis growers.
 
I have heard to many bad MG stories to use MG for cannabis. It works great for other plants but I am a hydro guy. I can't grow shit in soil for some reason.
I wonder if "Operation Green Dragon" that targeted businesses that cater to MJ growing will be paying attention to that company now.

Good market strategy but in the federal sense, they could get bitch slapped further down the road.
 
Im always happy when billionaires decide to invest in marijuana. There's not enough legitimacy in the industry.
 
i have been growing in mg and i have had only a couple of problems but nothing in comparason to paying for the more pricey soil. ff is great if you have the money i really like oc and lw mixed with perilte chuncky but i use mirical grow with 50 percent perilit and mg nuts with ff big bloom. i like it and yes deficiencies do happen but their are some phonomes that take to it better. my bcn auto diesel loves the stuff it is growing very nice. purple #1 is doing ok its strecking. Gigabug is very heat sensitve! anyone getting that strain should know keep it below 85 f i don't know the conversion. Mg is ok to use don't let anyone tell you the best is grow in organic i preffer the taste of organic but if you are trying to just supply yourself on a tight budget do it! save up then get our organic on.

mg may contain lead and arsenic in their mixes, that's why it's for ornamental plants, not food and especially not medicine crops. i hear stories of fungus nats coming from fresh bags of their mixes too. their basically junk dirt and some time release ferts. their organic line is slightly better, but i wouldn't recommend it either
