Wow.... dumb to have windows not covered...was he stealing gas? or a snitch wanted to see his op get shut down? Only way I could see him stealing gas if he had nat gas generators ...can't be too cheap to pay a regular bill with that plant count.

never understand stealing electric, or gas.. hadn't considered. that's asking for trouble. those plant counts bit much. now if the gas employee was a nosey snitch (do they/leo still have cash incentives for rats?) now that would be a twist in addition to the guy being a king donkey.
