Michigan Law VS Federal Law

The USPS Mailman even knows I am growing weed, If the feds wanted to fuck with everyone they could, You can't tell me that they are so dumb they can find me and my 12 plants. it's not like i am hiding, Because if you break any other federal law they will come get your ass. I dont think they really care about the little guy growing 10-12 plants. I live right next to the NATIONAL FOREST (U.S. forest service is all around. and they know I am growing weed, and they know where i am doing it too.

If the feds are trying to mess with people they must not be very good at it. oh wait I here a knock on the door, mybey it's the goverment here to take me away. nope just the ATF looking for guns.


I have no worrys of the FEDS messing with me, if i did I would not grow my own meds, but since they dont care about the little guy. I tell everyone that I dont take pills and I grow badass weed. . you can smell my plants when you stand on FEDERAL property.




And if I am wrong, well I guess I am in a whole world of trouble for following State laws .... LOL


I almost forgot, it is illegal on the federal level, if they find cannabis on your person whille driving it is a $250 ticket. how will anybody recover there life after paying $250. I think it is fair, you arn't suposed to be driving high even on the state level.

I know that I have nothing to worry about being a home grower but the laws just seem to be so out of whack. The laws need to be relaxed some and they need to stop considering it a "Dangerous Drug". My argument is that alcohol is more dangerous and highly addictive and yet it is still legal. Opioid medications are highly addictive and out of control and any doctor will hand them out like candy. I know anybody can abuse MJ and I know a few that do, but that abuse can be with anything, glue, booze, cough medicine, etc.

The government is not very good at busting drug dealers the coast guard catches a sub once in a while or they get a few tunnel rats but for the most part they dont do shit but spend money in record amounts. look for your self the bottom right corner of this link. http://www.leap.cc/

That's insane. 40 billion a year pissed away on that.

Why not decriminalize drugs, and take some of that 40 billion and put that towards treating people that are addicted to heavy narcotics? Huge monetary and societal savings right there! On top of that they would be saving big bucks by basically cutting the prison population in half. They could then tax and regulate marijuana (the biggest cash crop in the US).

-Save 40 billion a year by eliminating the "drug war"
-Save a small fortune by emptying out prisons
-Tax marijuana

Treating addiction is screwy too. Isn't everyone pretty much addicted to something? From eating, fucking, playing video games, gambling, work, religion, you name it. I guess I with age I learned to pick and choose my addictions more carefully and manage them like work, family, sleep, anything else.
I have been to several jails and even prison, I can honestly say atleast half the people can and should be out without question. Biggest problem with rehab is majority of every rehab's population doesn't want to quit and are there for any number of other reasons. (court, job, spouse, parents...) It isn't just medical marijuana and drugs in general though. Are whole entire set-up is fucked. Politics, courts, schools, major corporations, our economic system, our infra-structure....... ahhhhh we are doomed!lmao. But seriously anybody should be able to walk into a clinic with a newspaper and say they need medical marijuana for stress.

I dont know of one B.O.P. facility thats privately owned. Some of the "super-maxes" might be privately staffed, but I believe that all federal USPs, FCIs, and FPCs are owned solely by the Gov't

Prisons are both private and gov. owned depending on facility. Private prisons are becoming more popular, but most are gov. owned.
