I have been looking into starting a dispensary in Colorado, where i live.
i have done intensive research on how i would go about doing this, from funding, to how to achieve all the proper licenses and so forth.
what i cannot seem to find is the legal age limit in Colorado to start up a dispensary, either there are not any laws in regulation towards that specific point, or they are going by the age limit of 21 ( the age you have to be to sign legal binding documents, I.E business license)
if anyone could help shed any light on how i would do this that would be great, i am currently 20 so if it is 21 i wont be to bummed, cause it give me a whole year to plan everything out, and let a few of the laws that are in place now be removed or solidified

do you need your MMJ smoking license to be a caregiver?
