I have the same 150watt hps it works fine! I recomend taking the glass front off it. this will let ALL the Lumes at your plants. the glass will defuse the lught and make it slightly weaker

Yup, I took the glass off. Also started to lst my plants last night, they are up and growing toward the light again this morning, so everything looks good.

Shouldn't your cover screen be white side facing in???

Please don't tell me it's black facing the plants? Or is it white on booth sides???

At first glance I thought it was that tarp material, that's white on 1 side, black the other:)

Its white on both side, its some material used for lining curtains with to make them light proof, 100%.

Here are my pics from the other day when I had just finished the LST on my clones.
I have 2 little sprouts from bag see that I am really not doing anything for, they are sharing a tiny pot, but these pics are just my clones.
They have since shifted to the light, and are still growing so I will continue to wrap them around doing the lst.

Kind of an off question, but if things go well and I dont burn my plants down or something, if I were to veg right now, very very conservatively about how much bud could I expect to yield?

I've been using flourescents for 3 months now I started w/ 22 seeds and now have 20 plants all between 10-14" high! they are on the floor (on 1x2's) in 1 gallon milk jugs w/ 4 holes in the bottom of each. I have 'em on a 18/6 cycle and they are growing quick enough to actually see!. I kid you not. I watched one seedling one day for 1/2 hr. and it grew 1/8" in that time! All my life my mom tells me "ya' can't grow nuthin under fake lights." My grow closet is flourishing! I water 'bout 3x week, whenever they need it. I don't use a soil tester or anything fancy, just my eye and nose. I use Miracle gro potting soil w/ a locally-made nat. fertilizer. 1x/week my babies get a liquid fert. with a 15-10-20 mix. w/ water. all other times it's just water room temp and put in w/ a baster! I'd show piks, but can't figure how to u/load them here...

these were taken a few days ago. I got 20 plants sitting on 1x2's on the basement floor w/ 2 flourescent fixtures above on cup hooks w/ half hitches (adjustable knots) tied in the ropes holding them up. a dehumidifier and a box fan light on a timer, that's it (they are taking forever to grow under flouros but ya' use what you can get.) they been vegging for 2 months now and today I just switched from 18/6 to 12/12 for flowering.

Here are some updated pictures
There are 3 clones (2 hindu skunk, 1 unknown) , so each one has a top picture then its side picture.
And then the last plant in the small green pot is one grown from seed, it use to have another plant in there but it was male so I ripped it out.
Plants are growing in the LST beautifully, lots of new side growth.
Added a humidifier and a new temp gauge.
A couple pictures of the whole set up.
Oh and pictures of them on day 1.

How are they looking?
The one problem I have is on two of my clones some of the new leaves are hooking down, not many of the leaves, but some of the new ones. Not having the problem on the clone that is a different strain, or on my bad seed plant.
You can see it on some of the leaves in the 4th and 6th leaves.
