Massachusetts decriminalized now what?

now that it has been decriminalized doesnt that mean its not a crime?
if its not a crime why do we still have to forefeit our weed and pay a fine?
also since its not a crime can i have weed shipped to my house without any penalties? it should be ok as long as it doesnt get picked up in transit right.
at first i was thinking great i'll go to amsterdam and bring back some bud and just land in boston but then i realized airports are not part of a state they are actually part of federal customs what do you think. are there any loopholes we can find in this new law to better benefeit us?
