I veg under a 315 w cmh (ceramic metal halide) it starts at 4 ft and the seedlings grow up to it. when the plants are 2 ft (this means the light is now only 2 ft away) they go into the flower tent I'm using the GC 630 DE CMH from Growers Choice. the flower light is at top of tent ( 4.5 feet over the 2 ft plants) the plants go into transition a month later when they are getting no taller I drop the light until its 20 inches over. usually this is only 6 in to a foot and I lower the light 1-2 inches a day until at closest they will come
