Silence has it's reasons.
Had to learn more ..
And more ...

Subject : White Russian ,untopped, with no other training, prunning, defoliating or super cropping.

Current State: 5th week of flowering (12/12 ) ,with 4 weeks of vegging (18/6).

Nutes: Mineral,at this point focused at -NO3 ,K and Ca.Nothing else but tap water.

Pot/substrate: 10 liter plastic crappy pot with 50-50 black peat-perlite mix.

Illumination: 150 Watts(at plug)of specially and carefully chosen LEDS.
Two kinds of NW & two kinds of WW,(as main 'engine'),
along with plenty 660nm & 640nm deep reds and some 390nm UVA,
regarding the monochromatics.

Subject height-stature: ~61 cm (~25 inches ) ,bushy-stocky.No stretching what so ever.

No fans ,no air circulation at all .Just the tent's zip-door, left open a bit,top-wise.

At least,5 weeks more ,till harvest...

This beauty has plenty of ...pot-ential !

Going back to 660nm was the right move friend:weed: beautifull WR, and they will get BIG under good conditions== congrats!

still no like button..............

Amazingly healthy looking plants.
Especially considering the absolute lack of ventilation.
Well...It's a long talk...
About what actually happens when the environment fills with Oxygen
and lacks CO2 (a bit ) ...
Weird things...
All that Oxygen ...
Long-long talk....
And not so much time,I'm afraid..

Yes ...640-660 nm red light ,is indeed a must for big-fat-thick-juicy-yummy-hard nuggets..
Mj still flowers without any of that,though..
But ...
No big-fat-thick-juicy-yummy-hard nuggets,then.
With too much leaf tissue,'inside'-'amongst' flowers,also...

Thoughts on adding these...? i also added these to my rig....still awaiting results...
Trust me,you won't regret it...
In fact, probably you 'll never grow again without 'em.

Just keep it 'low'.
( in power terms...No need for more than 500mW radiant light power per sq. meter,
( 2-3 of these UVA leds per 3'x3' area ..No more... )

And if you wanna see some really awesome trichome production...'Oxidise' more...
How ? Com'on ....
Use your imagination...

Trichomes and their precious content, most probably protect the plant(s) from ...Oxygen!
(Free oxygen radical ions)

Keep that 'oxygen' thing in mind...
Maybe at some point-in future- it will be proven as a fact...
Just maybe...

Can you show pictures of your led panel(s)??????......the "no stretching" makes me believe you used more than one light source:P

Awesome sds...very nice . I was wondering if I would be able to get growth like that with 660nm included. I'm adding 620nm into my light along with the 660...in place of the blues I added. No need for any of the blues as was probably obvious to you...lol.

So you think my 405nm is close enough? I've got two in now...maybe add one more then in the future.

Neat setup. When you say you're only feeding NO3-, Ca, and K, do you mean you're feeding potassium nitrate and calcium nitrate with nothing else?

Yes my brother PSUAGRO...
Indeed more than one light source...
5 panels of 25-30 Watt each...
( one on top ,one at each side... )
Pics not that easy to get ,at time being...
(Don't ask why ...Prototypes... )

Yes,I do believe that some light that falls within the range 370-410 nm ,has a positive impact at bud quality...
And not only that.Plenty more...
Great "counteracting " pair-duo with the deep reds,also...
When used together, great things can be easily noticed.

Well yes..
Mainly those two salts are currently used ( KNO3 and Ca(NO3)2 )...( potassium nitrate & calcium nitrate )
As for the rest of Macro-micro nutrients ....Well ....Just tiny amounts...

Once every ~15 days ,some tiny amounts of chelated Cu,Fe,Mn,Mo & Zn are used.
Along with a bit of Boric Acid (for Boron ).

Some not used at all ,by now.
For example Magnesium Sulfate -aka Epsom salt-it is not used anymore.
Neither any -NH4 or Urea..
Neither the tiny amounts of Phosphorus( P2O5) ,used only while vegging .

Think this 'simple' idea...

Before the flowers came the leaves.
The leaves will strongly affect / heavily determine the amount and quality of flowers.

Four 'simple' - & 'simplified' enough- cases :

(big means a lot of leaf lamina surface area.Small means the opposite,of course. )
(Lots or few ,depending of Leaf Area Index and overall plant size. )

1) Lots of big leaves. ('Hungry leaves' =Shade avoidance syndrome ,lots of violet /blue /green light )
Lots of proteins,no starch-carbohydrates.

2) Few big leaves. ( As before with extra Far-Red now added )

3) Lots of small leaves. ( balanced light-correct amounts of blue & green to 'slow down' metabolism,
so photosynthesis will remain close at 'peak' for the whole, power -stable ,12 hours light regime.
Red & deep red light being the main PS 'fuel' .)

4) Few small leaves. ('oversaturated -inhibited leaves'= heavy red light, lots of Far red )
Lots of starch/carbohydrates,no proteins.
