Lots of people have preferences or things they think are hot. I find lots of things hot, but snakebites drive me crazy, catch my eye, make me feel like ravishing someone just being snakebites. It's a very specific thing. It's more than just saying 'I prefer blonde girls' or something like that. Lots of people say they have a fetish when they mean they just like it, and don't mean it literally.
