male/female check etc

Ok so I lost a really good pheno do to lack of cloning, which I should have done but was in a big ass hurry. Well I started to do some more reading and saw that it is bad to clone feminized plants, while I also so that a lot of people like and suggest cloning fem plants. So first question is... what are your guys expeirence with this should I go fem or non fem for cloning and running perpetual "spell check". Secondly if I was to order reg seeds what is the best/fastest way to check to see if their male or female. I really hate reading all this stuff on the net because everyone has their own thoughts and it just gets my mind raceing. So any input to my two questions would be awesome!!

the fastest way to check sex is to take a clone and flower it.

it doesnt make any difference if the seed is a fem seed or not. clones are just that, a clone of the plant they are taken from so if you take it from a nice plant it will be the same as the parent

2easy I was thinking the same thing. I have a little over 40 clones right now that are going. I have both fem and non fem and havent seen any problems as far as stated in my opening post. Like I said its just that bs on the net that gets me thinking and my brain goes crazy lol.
