Making Your Budget Growroom

It doesnt always come as a surprise when you find out it doesnt always cost a fortune to have a good growroom. Thats what i have found anyway, you see those rectangular bud growing boxes on the internet going for like £120-150+. I made one for less than a fiver. I went and got some pieces of ply wood strips to make the frame with,(pretty sturdy pieces) and got some plastic sheeting. I then made the frame of the grow room which is basically the shape of a rectangle, but with a few extra bits of wood to make it strong.
Now it is bigger than a ready made one off the internet, and i did it for virtually no fee at all. fantastic.
All im thinking now is...WILL IT WORK???
I have made two growrooms before which failed, due to me doing much less than a half arse job on them.
my set up:
Regular heater/fan
3 floro cool white 21 watt tubes for seedlings
Mylar
Humidifier
400 watt hps sylvania grolux dual spectrum for flowering
MEDIUM>soil/sand/perlite
I have bought some bone meal root builder for exactly that reason, what other organic nutes are good?
There are 6 plants at the moment, all ice and skunk#1.
My grow-tent is approx 1.5 metres tall, by 3/4 metre, and there is sooo much room in there
can somebody give me some advice on making myself some good ventilation, i have a fan thats putting warm air around the growroom, and that air is comming in from outside the tent, but is it essential that i have another fan putting fresh air into the room. the tent is not 100% airtight, but pretty close.
Has anybody got an idea as to how much crop i could make on a few plants if all goes well???
thanks for any help

Picture of the grow tent might help. Do you have an idea of what the temperature is now? What you want to have is one fan pulling air out of the room and one the same size putting air back in, this makes it easier to keep fresh air around your plants. The

thanks for the get back. The temperature now is at 70-72f, humidity around 50-60. ill get some pics loaded up as soon as.
can u recommend a decent way i can sort out the fan problem. The one putting warm air in is fine, despite the air it is getting is from a shed. I could buy a fan tomorow, but where in the tent would it go. Inside or outside?
please give my any advice on diy fan/air circulation systems.
thanks a lot
