making hash old school

I haven’t. I watched that video a few weeks ago though.
My qwiso is double filtered, but the second filter catches piles of kief so all that’s left is oil. I wondered if adding the kief back to the oil would add more flavour from the terpenes.
It seems to me I could eliminate the second filter and not have the need to mix it back in though.

I have never actually seen this method before. The washes of trim ( via the isopropyl alcohol) looks green, reminds me of the process of producing CBD oil. It seems that there is a ton of chlorophyll left in the "Hash" and by mixing blonde Kief into the mixture, leaves the impression that there is very little psychoactive potential from doing a wash on the trim alone. I would not expect a pleasurable or flavorsome experience from "Hash" produced this way. Please correct me if I am wrong, but never the less thank you for sharing this methodology.

Happy Toking! :bigjoint:

Master Blaster eh?

So basically he's cheating on the method we saw posted some time ago with the guy in Afghanistan making the hash from kief, just using his hands (and feet?) and some heat. This guy is using the oil to make it easier to squish it...

So what was it that evaporated from the "hash" to make it drier?

Personally, I think he should have made oil from the kief :)
