Use HPS !!!!!!!! Get yourself and hps with 20% Blue & 80 % Red then use those floros with it to veg...... ! this will work perfect, very cheap equp and good results....
U can have the Hps to veg and flower... ^^ and the flos will help them ^^

If i had 2 years time in a spot to grow... I would restart your project.
Start with HPS ....... Go for 1 HPS VEG & 1 HPS FLOWER - 400W - This will cost you 40 dollars for one hps = 80 dollars then you will need the power supply for it. that will cost you 70-80 dollars, lets say another 80 dollars.....
you'r on 160 dollars.... add another 20 dollars for mis calculations....
180 dollars.... = 2 plants that will grow fantastic & give u a yield of about 200 gramms !
As i see the cfl's only get 80 gramms ! .....
so u could sell 120 gramms get 1200 dollars for it... pay your electric bill for 200 dollars.... leave's you with 1000 dollars for new equip... WOW.....
then you have another 80 gramms to smoke..... it might not be nice for your first grow, so u might go and sell that and buy better for 800 dollars....
then u start growing hydro...... cost about 300 dollars...... u got another 700 dollars....
buy sum great seeds ! G13 !! leaves u with about 10 seeds but minus 150 dollars....
u got 550 dollars....
save it for next electricity bill ^^
