IIMO I would move the light down closer to the plants. I have mine about 2 - 3 inces off the plant and I use 3 400 watt mh/hps. Anyways heres some Green Mojo to get them babies going!

i'll stay at 18..... 250 watts of mh at 18 in. is more than enough for there first week.

ok so there all doin good, although i have a mystery plant in with em... it sprouted yesterday, it may be a lr2, cheese, f.o.g., or some local homegrown.

all are on there second set of leaves, i've been spray watering in the morning and at night. i'll post pics tomorrow, it will be one week.

pics from last night... end of day 6.

one at a time and then as a group this morning.... as you can see i threw in two 13 watts blue cfls and one 43 watt regular.

the two in pots are n.l. x skunk and blue cheese.... also the smallest one in the bed is the mystery plant.

Looking good Doc. Hope you get lots of females. One thing about the Auto Flowers for me is I have bad luck with the male female ratio. Always have a lot of males. But I usualy start with 50 - 60 sedlings and end up with 25 - 35 females usualy. Anything else is usualy 80% turn out. Well man good luck.

yeah, i might just leave a male in with em..... I'm growing these inside, i'm not checking my ph, using only tap water, and no ferts.

someone said you have to check ph and use ferts to grow pot........
this grow will show you need nothin but dirt, water, air, and light.

ok so it's day 11 and my camera is dead..... as in it does not work anymore. i ordered a new one a minute ago and it should be here for the week two pic.

still no ferts, straight tap water.

about 80% are starting there fourth set of leaves.

lots of leaf variations.... i'm keeping a pheno chart and i will be interested if i will be able to pre-judge phenos by the second or third set of leafs. last grow i hade one where the third set of leaves were missing the middle leaf, so they only had four individual leafs... she ended up being very small... bout 8 inches, but on the fourth set she pushed out three fan leaves all at the same time instead of two, i have three like that this time.... we'll see if they do the same thing.

Are you going to be using tap water the whole time??? IMO I would get a dupont charcole filter that goes on your sink. Theres a lot of bad stuff and a lot of cloriene in the water. Will hurt your plants in the long run. You can also fill up a big bucket of water and leave it sit outside for a day or 2 and that will kill everything in the water. Good luck with the rest of your grow

tap water ALL THE WAY no FERTS!

straight from the tap to the plants.
i appreciate your input, but i'm not looking for advise.

this is the way i'm doing my grow, and i am documenting it so people know that it can be done.....

this is not my first grow without ferts.... but the others were done outdoors.

i always use tap water, but, like you said to, i would let the water sit 5-6 days.

thanks for checkin it out though, don't wanna sound like a douche not takin advise from ya;)

i would take advise from you if it were a regular grow...... nice bluestreaks.... did you make em yourself or are those from mdanzig?

this is going to look pretty badass in about 5 weeks.

you could start a couple more in small containers then use the females to fill in spots made by males in the big tub...just a thought. then you'd get a sweet canopy.

i just got my lr2 seeds in the mail yesturday and might try a little sog too. i hope they look as good as that plant you had in the contest

yeah i have 15 more started but they will be going outside.... i will be starting 15 every week for the next 15 weeks. if you'd like an outdoor lr2 journal let me know.
even if there are only three girls in there they would fill it out, it's going to be VERY crowded no matter what. the only reason i started them was to get germination ratios on my f2's. which was %90. some of them were still to young (from the guessing game).

i thought that sog was a clone system of growing... this is just a bed grow.

your gunna love growin em, after week three they really take off.... well they grow fast anyway.
