Most auto flower breeds need 20 hours of light a day every day....That might be why yours aren't flowering soon...

Thanks man!!

I cant wait to see how these babies turn out Tocoolo, lookin great bro. So exactly how long from seed to signs of flower??????????
Thanks man! Exactly 50 days from seed to first flower signs. I think I might have prolonged a little too much the 'incubation' under the dome when she was a baby. And maybe If I had checked with an amplifier glass, I could have seen the flowering signs a couple of days earlier...

tooco next time start your autos in deeper pots they have a long tap root and will be happpyer

i start regulers in the red beer cups and autos in the big fast food size cups about 8 inches deep you wont have that lanky thing going on

i love autos some dont like them i alwas have some going on the side ...
Alright, man. Thanks for the tip, I'll suerely do it next time... maybe in winter!

by the way did you find your beans
yup :) They where just too well hidden, with other vegetables seeds.

Maybe. Im growing outdoors, and my first LR2 turned out quite big and not flowering until now that she's like 5 months old. I'll attach pics.

Yay! So baby LR2 is flowering now, and so are the other non-autoflowering girls, and the previous attempt of LR2 ( I enclose pics at the bottom )

For those not familiar with my situation: My first attempt to grow LR2, turned out weird: The plant didn't flower until after 5 months, when the non auto started flowering as well. The non autos are starting to flower, but this first LR2 is PACKED with buds. Young buds, but still, lots of them! The thread is about my second LR2 attempt, which is the one that recently started flowering, around day 50. Is 30 cm tall. Her predecessor , the first attempt, is 1m tall, by the way.

I was thinking in maybe start germinating the 3rd auto flower now, but since most my garden is already flowering, I think I might be set with the entire harvest in a few weeks, so no need to add another auto until maybe winter.

Cheers everybody!
TooCoolo :joint:

ps: about the pictures (all taken today):

-first one is the big girls, from left to right: Hymalaya Gold, Oaxacan bastard or AK47 (not sure!), and on the far right, the first Low Ryder 2, @ 5 months old.

-Second pic is this first LR2 close up of the top. I think we can't apretiate how tight those buds are getting tho,

-Third pic is a close up of baby low ryder 2's new flowering signs!!!

It is mate yes... Indoor hydro but i water it personally, what i mean is there is no pump etc on a typical hydro set up. I grow in my roof space in the U.K and don't want to risk flooding my house if you know what i mean.. But my little babies there are 10 in total at all different stages are doing really well. The one in the pic's above the best. My ideas is to have all differnt plants budding at different times so i don't run out aleast for a while anyway.....

Your 3 are looking really strong mate and i will keep a close eye on how things progress. If you don't mind and ny shitty camera holds up i will also send a few pics on to compare.

Let me know what you think.

P.S Rep for the thread...

Yeah man! That's cool, send in your pics as the babies develop. Would love to compare.

Your plan seems right to me, that's what I wanted my autos for in the first place, to keep the everlasting harvest flow, seeding one every 4 weeks or so. But after my first LR2 turn big, my plan was busted. You have it better, cause you got hydro and all. Im growing all outdoors, depending completely in king sun's power. I hope that I can at least grow a few more LR2 in the winter, cause once the summer harvest stash ends, its one long season till next summer...

Cheers, man!

fair play guys, iv just planted some lemon skunk autos. third day from planting now. never grown lowryders, be interesting to see what i should expect, good thread!!

Go for it Benny.. They are really good to grow and surprisingly high yielders... Post some pics so we can take a look.

How reliable has the mineral water germinating technique been. Seems alot quicker than normal methods. Ive always done the paper towel in a dark container in a warm spot or room temp spot.

yeah will do man, although had an accident with one, she hadnt germinated (nor is the other yet) but i knocked it off the shelf, OOOPS! think i saw the seed in the pot while looking for it, so just gonan leave her an see what happens, got three more seeds so will germinate in paper towls 2moro.
