Yeah, I don't know, man. My first LR2 turned out big and not auto-flowering. This new one on the pics is my second one, and is around 35 days old, and still too short. Can't see traces of flowering yet either...

The older LR2 is now about 4 month's old and is now well into flowering, just as the rest of the not-auto flowering strains on my garden. I don't know If I got ripped off with those Joint Doctor's Low Ryder 2 seeds I bought at the local growshop, or if that plant just turned out weird.

So that's why I planted this second seed 47 days ago, and sharing how it behaves. Hopefully this one will start flowering any moment now. Otherwise, I will know that I got ripped off!!

So here I go again...

Day 47

Baby Low Ryder 2 is not a baby anymore. She's around 30cm tall, but still no flowering signs. The rest of the garden plants, are well into the flowering stage, since they're old enough and the summer's hitting them well. But Im a little afraid that this LR2, like her predecesor, might not be Auto Flowering anytime soon.

Have I been Ripped Off? Does the auto-flowering doesn't work when growing under the summer sun? Have I done anything wrong?

This plant has not recived any special treatment. Just tons of natural sunlight, clean natural water, and is planted in Biobizz's All-Mix soil. Shoul I maybe start pouiring the flowering mix on her?

Any imputs will be much apretiated.

Happy weekend everyone!

My latest research (been all day in weed-forums today, and went to the local growshop who sold me those seeds) found that sometimes... just some times, the autoflowering gen in the seeds is not triggered. Its a matter of genetics, it seems. And makes a long-last auto flower, just like your 3 month old quicksilver and my 4 month old lowryder 2.

Nothing to worry though, since they will surely bud, just a little later... :? It still sucks, I know. I would be stoned at this very moment if my first LR2 behave how she supposed to. Lets hope this second one does.

The guy from the grow shop also adviced to feed the new lowryder 2 with flowering nutes to get the best off her. I've been doing so with the old one, and I must say she's coming good. So, for anyone following this thread, if any, I will be feeding the girl with bio-flower flowring very soon...

cheers!

and as mine are indoors now if i cut the light back to 12/12 will thay flower or not people?
I would think so. But we shouldn't depend on light cycles with those; that's why we got auto flower in the first place, right? Mine are outdoors, so there's not much I can do.

tooco next time start your autos in deeper pots they have a long tap root and will be happpyer

i start regulers in the red beer cups and autos in the big fast food size cups about 8 inches deep you wont have that lanky thing going on

i love autos some dont like them i alwas have some going on the side

Im gardening for 6 months now my second grow was a order of diesel ryders from the tude did a seed run and loving autos since then

i would say good luck but you sound like a pro and it would be a waste so il save for someone else
peace bro
