Yea thats the good thing about the mix, learning about a few different types. I might get an original coz I have 2 seeds from a mix pack. Can you remember what the seeds looked like? I thought the original seeds were the really small ones? There were also some orangey coloured seeds in the mix pack, wonder if they make the orange smelling plants?!

My LR2 harvest is almost gone and I have 7 weeks till harvest so defo not gunna last me! Should run out by the end of the week, but Im back at work monday so I wont be able to sit around smoking all day anymore! Not looking forward to buying it in again :(

WOW :o

they came on real quick didnt they, they look sweet mate.

there's a very good chance that that little one is and original lowryder.

the mix packs got lr 1, 2 and unreleased strains. maybe thats where the orange comes from

thanks I can't wait.

But I don't think the original lowryder is in this mix pack. The mix pack from joint doctor, or lowryder seeds, has the original lowryder in it, not the one from lowlife. Lowlife is all crosses with LR2.

to tell you the truth I picked this pack over the joint doctor for that reason, also lowlife has alot more crosses. I know the original lowryder has bad potency

the seeds from the lr1 from what iv seen and read, they were really tiny.

my tiny seed has produced a tiny plant so far, less than half the size of the others but the same age. must be lr1

I really do like the variety aspect because they are probably 3 different strains, not bad for the first successful grow (knock on wood). Anyway thanks for keeping on watching the grow!

Probably not something I will continue too far into the future, but for now and the next few years I think I will grow (no idea what my future is, just finishing college now (psychology degree) and not sure what's in store). BUT, now that I've tried it growing is something I will always love, it's just as fun as smoking! The limiting factors are the people around me mostly (yeah yeah I know, if it's something I believe in then those people should have no effect, but it's not that easy lol, depending on the situation).

anyway, I'm curious, but not disappointed, about the small stature of my smallest plant. It's only about 6 or 7 inches tall. That puzzles me because it really should be taller, I've never heard of such a short plant, I mean it's not like it hasn't had the opportunity to grow, it's had the same treatment as the others; perhaps it was stunted earlier on. It does have the fattest cola of all 3 though, so that's nice. Plus it's definitely a different strain than the other two; it smells very different, it's going to be great to have a choice of what kind of high i want to experience.

happy Halloween! I'm a corporate zombie this year lol

Thats funny I did a Psychology degree! Good luck with it! I like growing as a hobby too, if it was legal to grow your own stash Id be happy as Larry! Imagine there could be little local clubs for growers and stuff! Would be awesome. I reckon your smaller one is like that from genetics. They are a Dwarf breed! The original Lowryders are tiny so maybe its a throwback to the tiny ones theyre bred from?

update:

well, this doesn't look good to me. I know some yellowing is natural but this is alot, and other peoples lowryders didn't do this.

got a 60x pocket scope, I would say 90% clear, 10% cloudy on all of them.

I've been watering them every two days, and feeding with 1/4 strength nutrients every other watering. The ph of my water is 6, the runoff is around 5.8.

I flushed with 4 gallons of water each just now. Any ideas as to what is wrong? or if anything is wrong? Should I cut off the damaged leaves?

Aw dude, they dont look too good. That looks more like deficiency than nute burn right? But the pH can effect nute uptake so that might be the prob. Id wait for a more knowledgeable person to give some advice but in the meantime I would think flushing would be good. I wouldnt cut the leaves off. If it is deficiency it'l be eating its own leaves for the food it needs so leave them on till its finished or youll probly make it worse. Just take any dead leaves (ones already fallen off) out to keep it clean. Hope they pull through soon

I think your giving them way to much nutrients, I would give them a good flush. And not give them anymore nutes, just water with like 15ml per gallon of Molasses for the rest of grow imo.

yeah I flushed them but they are looking worse, its 2 days later. I'll post pics soon. It's so frustrating, I mean I gave them such low doses of nutrients.

As long as its the big fan leaves dying and not the bud you should be OK. My best yielder had dying leaves towards the end, they looked more diseased than yellowing tho. But my plant still did good!
