each time they draw a ball, that company is the possible winner of the chaa.

they have to jump through some hoops first. if they don't jump high enough, they either go to the 2nd ball (i didn't see them take this number down) or they redo it.

this area will be saturated with dispensaries or whatever they are calling these overpriced shops.

If I'm correct, if they don't jump high enough, that CHAA will not get a D until next year when they do the application fee/process/lotto all over again.

azcs folks announced they got chaa 53, West Glendale and word is that the Compassion First folks received two approvals. It's all bingo balls though until they get approved to operate and have their lawyers prepare for the attorney general that wants to close em down.

Humble said, just now, that late 2013 there will be very few home growers because of the 25 mile rule being so exclusive. (Nothing New)
Good luck on banking on patients who have been advertised as 25 miles out.

the reality is, the cat is out of the bag.

some will stop growing. some won't.

when an ex grower has some dumbass tell them $400 for a bag of something not as good as they grew a few months ago, criminals they will become.

every home could possibly have a small garden.

good luck controlling that. :)
