Where is Will, he must be hiding so these poor soles can be implicated with the implementation and not him.

this is pretty interesting. they won't get to phx area for awhile though.

i used to be a chief procurement officer like that lady (different state). i'm glad i didn't have to do something like this. i think i'd have a conflict of interest.

as an ex procurement guy, i like the way they did this.

i wonder how many people will start searching for homes 26 miles outside of any dispensaries.

that is very odd.

like you don't do things like this odd.

then again this is something new for the state. maybe they planned on doing it this way.

all of this will be public info as soon as awards are made.

Seems like it's going to be near impossible to find a place 26 miles from a dispensary in all directions though doesn't it? Am I correct in my thinking that after 3 years the dispensaries are allowed to leave their CHAA and a lot of the ones in the more rural areas will probably be moving to bigger cities? It might be easier then...

What do the cities listed on the projector stand for?? The cities permitted to have dispensaries??

each city has a number.

when they get to number whatever, if they have more than one vendor, they put the balls in the thing and pick one. this company then has to jump through some hoops and then if they do, they get the award.

this break is a shitty way to do things. they have an obligation to inform us the public why they took a break.

i'm thinking it will be hard but i'm retired so i'm definately going to look.

i remember there was a strip between mesa and tempe that was a no man's land for decades. unincorporated area so local cops couldn't come fuck with us. :)

my neighborhood is mostly old farts.
