Marijuana is JUNK, it is not medical in any way. The average MMJ user is like a 25 year old male anyways.

When used for a long time Marijuana has been shown to cause nervous system damage and reproductive issues. It also has been shown to cause lung cancer.

I am tried of all these MMJ users that cry about beer or this or that, GROW UP, come up with a better line then something a 2nd grader would use.

This "Dad" is doing nothing more then showing his 9 year old that hey, if you wanna get high just make up reasons. Anyone that has ever worked will have some sort of pain by the time they are 35. I am healthy, in shape and in the correct weight zone and my knee is already giving me pain because I work for a living. You don't see me using any kind of drug. No instead I just take care of what I have.

There is no evidence marijuana causes any cancers,reproductive damage or nervous system damage that is not true! im going to boycott papa johns as well,shitty pizza anyway.....

Sexy Pizza , a Denver area rival of Papa Johns has offered a free pizza , once a month, to Frederick Smith , till Colorado passes legalization in 2012, if they do pass legalization in 2012, the free pizza a month to Frederick Smith will be for LIFE.

Now with that type of advertisement , Sexy Pizza will pick up A LOT of Papa Johns customers. The worst thing that Papa Johns done was stating that they stand by their pizza delivery driver's decision. I wonder will they stand by that decision when they get over-whelmed with phone calls of outrage and their sales start dropping. The Denver area has A LOT of MMJ supporters. A LOT of eating places make BIG MONEY off hungry stoners, forget about whether one is MMJ or not. Businesses know that Denver has tens of thousands of tokers because of the MMJ business boom. I guess it doesn't really matter because I found a recent article that says Papa Johns filed for bankruptcy on Sept. 27, 2011.

But they are still trying to work out a deal with creditors to stay open. HAHAHA, fat chance now, if they ever had a chance to stay open , it was shot when Papa Johns stated that they support the decision of their driver who snitched on the MMJ guy. Their days are numbered , if they were really in financial trouble then, they are really going to be in financial trouble now as customers start going to other pizza places. Sexy Pizza is going to pick up a lot of business with their public support of legalization, and I hope they do well. This makes me want to go eat a pizza from Sexy Pizza and I rarely eat pizza, maybe 3 times a year at most.

Damn. I like PaPa's. But they just FUCKED themselves. They STOOD BY that drivers decision, what a bad move. Good luck staying in business in these last 20-30 years of your life, Papa.

come on, its reasonable and fair. its conflicting but the guy has no idea of how to evaluate medi from non. i think its dope. i love how papa johns didnt give a damn most places youd be fired for pissing off a customer. NO harm no FOUL. im not gunna boycott papa J's for this if anything i respect both parties and employer more for how it went down and handled. it should always go that smooth.

I think a lot of old s'cool rec and/or med users have always felt pot is a herb an not a drug
as classified by the government. I been smoking pot 35 years and not one time I ever considered
pot to be a drug. Never even crossed my mind once. Always known it be a herb in the form of a weed and
the countless times I went to score smoke over 35 years, I never said "lets go get/score some drugs".
Sorry, I don't take drugs but I do smoke what is some fine herb!


But I guess most people in society do
consider pot a drug.

I'll still eat a Papa John's pizza, but I'm never ordering one to my house. FUCK getting snitched on by the pizza man. I've personally asked half of my pizza men in the past 3 years if they want to smoke. If THAT had gone badly. I'd be PISSED OFF. The PIZZA DUDE??!?!?!?!

I've got my card, but I don't need the Pizza man fuckin with me either way. I don't need anyone comin and knockin on my door because I ordered a pizza, unless it's the pizza man.

It might not be over yet, anytime cops go to the home on a call that's weed related and even though the home might be MMJ , and the MMJ person has kids , 9 out of 10 times the cops contact the Dept. Of Child Services and they usually come out with 48 hours after the police contact them. This Frederick Smith guy could quite possibly end up in court fighting the Dept Of Child Services from taking his daughter. There's been quite a few MMJ parents in California get their kids taken away because the Dept Of Child Services pushed it in court that kids should not be in a home around marijuana...medical or not.

I'm going to be looking in the news for this to happen, I hope it doesn't but I've seen too many cases over the years where someone complained about kids living in a house where they were around MMJ users and the parents lost their kids. This pizza delivery driver deserves no "aww, he made a mistake " , there's a greater than 50% chance Frederick Smith is going to have to fight to keep his daughter from being taken.

I wonder will it make it into the news when Frederick Smith ends up in court fighting to keep his daughter from being taken away. This pizza delivery guy won't give a rat's ass if his actions resulted in a father losing custody rights to his daughter. The name of this pizza delivery guy will eventually get out, and when it does it should be sent to every pizza place in the state of Colorado, it should be that this pizza delivery guy can't get a job anywhere. This pizza delivery guy deserves some bad karma.
