Looking to revamp my basement, any help appreciated!

Hello everyone!

I got a finished basement that I'm looking to remove the carpet and want to utilize the main basement room for flowering. The space I have is currently 24' x 12'.
I have several rooms that are closed. One is a room for the electricity panel, another is a half finished bathroom and the third is the HVAC room. These three rooms don't have a ceiling, and is not included in the measurement of 24' x 12'. The main basement space has a drop ceiling. What is my best option here? I currently flower in a 4x8 tent, and 4x4 veg tent. I was thinking of using the 4x8 for moms and the 4x4 for clones. What would you guys do? I'm looking to tear out the carpet all of it next week, repaint all the walls white, start ordering a 12" inline fan filter, fans and dehumidifier and two 4x8 flood tables to start off with.
Also I want to note that I will be updating slowly as I go. I won't be able to utilize the whole 24' x 12' room for flowering, i will start off small like maybe 10x10 at first.

Im in for any inputs as well, build new walls, new rooms, tear down a wall. I will get a better layout of my basement tomorrow as well.

A 4x8 for mothers? That seems like a lot lol. How many are you going to have? What lights are you flowering with? The smell will go right through the ceiling and stink up the first floor. You have adequate smell control?

Honestly it doesn't have to be used for moms.. Im currently using it to flower right now. I just dont know what to do with it once I start using the main basement space for flowering. I'm just trying to get out of using tents for flowering. I currently have 1500watts of leds right now. I'm about to purchase 2-3k more lights from Kingbrite next month. So total 4K watts and ill continue to upgrade as I go.

Start a perpetual harvest and veg with the 4x8. The 4x4 should be plenty of room for a mom or two, clones and newly transplanted clones. You may have to layer the 4x4 with shelving to keep control of lights for cuttings.

That actually sounds perfect. Now, about that smell control.....

Well if its a sealed room I will be putting up, an 8" fan filter should be okay right?

Oh, are the tents going in the 10x10? The 4x8 will need to be filtered too if not.

Possibly not... I mean veg plants do have a smell but op may not need 100 percent stealth the 4x8 in veg would have a noticeable smell in the basement but it shouldn’t be strong enough to stink up the first floor

Is your 12x24 space just rectangular? If so I say split it down the middle and make 2 11x2 rooms (the separation wall won’t really be a foot thick but)
One for flower one for veg mothers and clone and just forgo the tents. A plastic shelf rack in a corner is sufficient for clones with a few t5s or low power leds. Mothers and veggers on the other side of the room

Make sure you get one of those cheap ozone generators they do wonders for the smell
