Can someone please help me, I know turned down tips as a sign of nitrogen toxicity also why are my buds so small?

You needed way more light.

You answered it .... nitro tox. Excess makes buds smaller , dark green , slow growth.

Plus more light.

If you're only going to run one plant, get a 250W HPS/MH. Best bang for your buck and will stack those nodes way better with bigger buds.

i think your biggest issue for small buds is due to the nitrogen toxicity as it causes nutrients to lock up.
