Hi All,
Trying to find out how long does it take lime to start to work and affect soil pH?

it starts working immidiatly but its not a fast increase.

powdered dolomite lime is the best to use they have pellets too but there more for outdoor grows or if u re use your soil because how long they take to work efficiently. DONT use hyrdrated lime it can burn ur plants very easy

My ph was a little low 6.1, so i added some dolimate lime 1 1/2 weeks ago and still 6.1 I added 2 tbp per gallon.

Don't add any more. It will work in time.

Lime isn't fast, especially if you top dressed. Next time make sure you add it to the mix before use.

Hey Wet good to hear from U
Normally, i premix a month before but fell short on time this grow and had to topdress! plants are starting to show def signs. Trying to be patient and wait for the lime to kick in.
