lighting electricity costs

Hello all, I'm on here wondering how much an energy will go up because me and my friend are lookin to upgrade our grow room right now it's pretty weak but were looking to Invest in a 400 hps for flower only as well as 315 watt multiple spectrum cfl wih a reflector for veg along with the 215 watt In cfl we currently have, say I'm payin anywhere between 11 and 15 cents a kWh how much do you think the energy will jump from the hps per month? I'm really bad with numbers and everything so I figured I could get some help


Also random but has anyone put an auto on non stop hps throughout the whole grow process? I heard it's better to use cfl for veg but don't know if it matters when usin autos

Most ppl will tell you that your bill jumps approx 20 bucks a month

yea... Your bill will def jump to about 20-30 dollars not even.. Do you know how much ur kwh is? Im @ .10cents.. I should prob burn 15-20 not even dollars xtra a month thats a 400watt bulb..
