Are these OK to Flower....F18W/29 They say Warm white... Appreciate any Knowledge and comments....

yeah they are ok to flower if you want a bowl or 2 outta your harvest.
Those won't do really anything, floro tubes dont produce enough light.

Try CFLs.
6500K for veg
2700-3100k for flower

They were to add some more Verticle light ...Been using CFL's....

Warm White is the correct color spectrum for Flowering, but those do not have enough wattage to put out enough lumens.
Warm White is 2700K (kelvin) for Flowering and Cool white is 6500k for Vegging.

Thanks...maybe i can use for 1 or two small plants to Veg. in future....Positive Growing

They can supplement but really in the scheme of things they won't do much really.
CFLs are much better, I use over 8 myself.
