Any 1000 watt HPS or MH lights will do. if you want the best lights and have the money shop around at a online shop and get the most lumens possible.

Lumens and color temperature (the k part), are totally different and not really that much related. Simply put, lumens are a measure of brightness. Brightness is determined by watts. More watts, brighter light, more lumens. While color temperature has to do with what part of the light spectrum is being produced by the bulbs. More blue light for vegging. I use 6500k lights. And more red for flowering. I use 2700k for that. You are trying to mimic the sun indoors. During the vegging part of the year, the sun is high putting out hot blue light. In the fall the sun is lower and the light is filtered through the atmosphere, letting the red light dominate. Hope this helps.

MH lights are indeed for veg/ likewise HPS for bloom but the amount of lumens you need depends on the amount of plants desired to grow. Such as 400 watts will power 2-3 plants comfortably, 1000 watts power 8 plants comfortably. How many plants, the size of the set-up, type of strain( autoflowering/feminized) are all factors you will need to take into consideration when choosing wattage. Also don't buy cheap bulbs please!!!
