Light Burn or Deficiencies - Experts Please!

Hi guys. I really need your help to save my grow. I've been battling these issues for a while now and it's hard to pinpoint what's wrong here because I think it could be a few different possibilities. Nute lockout, underfeeding, lack of CO2, or light burn. But I really need the money from these to fund my future grows.

So I have these expensive ass LED lights I bought years ago for $900 a piece. They are the PGX5-600 model by hydroponicshut.com who also disappeared from the internet in the last year. They claimed it was full spectrum, but all it has is a Veg and Bloom switch, plus an accelerator which seems to be a COB in the middle. But they claimed the color mixing on these were new technology and better than all other full spectrums on the market (remember this was like 3-4 years ago). I know LED technology has come a long way and I still don't understand it much. And it's hard to measure it with a PAR meter.

When I first started using these lights they burned the shit out of my plants and I had to move them further away. They seemed to be growing okay for a while but now they are showing similar symptoms of the light burn I once experienced. But at the same time I think this could all be nutrient related. I heard how LED lights cause Cal/Mag deficiencies due to the wavelength of LED rays being more intense or something. I had all 6 of my plants in pre-cooked super soil sold in hydro stores and they have long now depleted the nutes. These plants have been in veg for over 6 months now due to issues I was having plus I was busy with life, so all of them are at least 4 feet tall. So one of my first questions is, what PPM should I be feeding these monsters at? And how often? This is actually my first soil grow, I am an experienced hydro grower who thought super soil would be easy. And it was easy, but I waited too damn long to flower! So also, between feedings, what should I be watering them with? Pure RO water is bad I heard, but what should I add in there? I have been giving them about 300 PPM of the Lucas formula + Cal-Mag every watering for the last 10 waterings. Is this too much? Could I have possibly locked them out? I did a half ass flush of the super soil right before I introduced the Lucas formula, because at the time I was using tap water and didn't realize it had a PPM of 180 and 7.7 pH! And I wasn't even adjusting it. But every watering though, I give them about 2 gallons each so there is close to a gallon of runoff water. That should be plenty to where I probably don't need to flush again right? I tested the run off and it's only about 100-150 per plant and between 6-6.5 for pH. That should be pretty good for the runoff correct? Or should there be higher PPMs flushing through?

Now onto CO2. I am not currently injecting CO2, but I have a meter running. The only CO2 these plants are getting is when I go in there every day to check on them, and I usually smoke a few bowls. The PPMs rise to about 400-600 depending how long I stay. But it depletes fast, within a few hours. Basically every time I go in there my reader is at 0 PPM. Like these things are starving for CO2. Has anyone ever seen a CO2 deficient plant? I have a pretty well sealed grow room so literally no air ever comes in except for the brief moment I open the door. I have a 6 inch intake fan I turn on sometimes, and it pulls a decent amount of air but for some reason the reader will stay at 0 PPM. Is this too small of an intake? Is it because it's causing positive pressure? I don't turn this on often, but I sometimes wonder if the plants need fresh air. Also, do you think it's bad smoking in there with the plants? I noticed the residue is pretty heavy from it because the dust stuck on my fans is literally tarry like grease. I can only imagine what my carbon filter looks like inside lol. Or if it's settling on the leaves.

Last but not least, I have a few questions about LED lights. If these are 600 watt, how far should they be hung? It seems like they are burning my plants no matter what. Unless my plants just need an increase in nutes to keep up with the strong lights. I currently have them across the room hanging sideways to keep maximum distance. They are roughly 5 feet away from the closest plant and even further from the others, maybe 8 feet. Is it possible I got ripped off and these are some shitty lights with bad color mixing? I think I read somewhere if the nm's are not in the right range then the light is not very usable to the plant. Also, how are you guys measuring LED intensity? I am used to using a PAR meter and it seems to work okay but I heard that the readings on there do not resemble the true light given off. Is there a trick to this?

So I am attaching these pics. If you zoom in you can literally see that all new growth is very light green and they don't seem to be growing at all. Some plants also look very skinny and stringy in the new growth. Or have weird twists. This almost reminds me of a mag deficiency right? But a lot of them are developing purple stems now and dropping fan leaves. So do I possibly need to increase my nute strength or do you think they are locked out and need to be flushed? Please help! And any experts who can chime in about the technical questions I have, please do.

Just so everyone knows, I'm not some complete newb at this. Only in soil I am. All other aspects of the environment are perfect in the grow room. 50% RH, 80-85F, water at 6.2 pH, tons of air circulation (hard to even smoke a bowl).

The thing that really gets me is a buddy of mine just gave me 2 GG#4 plants, they're about 2 feet tall. After being in the grow room after a week, they are showing the same similar light color on new growth and looks deformed. And they were transplanted in Canna Coco soil so it's not too hot and also not too light to where they could be showing deficiencies already.

Sorry about the shitty quality pictures and thanks for reading my novel :bigjoint:
