Light Bleaching

So I'm pretty dam sure I've had my light too close and heat being a little high, haven't noticed any signs of heat stress but there is def. some bleaching on a couple of my fan leaves.. one or two got it fairly bad, one actually shows spots of white, where as the others are more just bleached a bright green. How do I reverse this???

I have seven 2ft Kush clones and one Cheese clone all in a 2'x3'x5' tent with a 600 watt cooltube.. I had a 400, everything would have probably went a lot smoother but of course I wanted more yield so I thought I would push it with the 600 instead. The clones are starting week 3 of flower today.. I am suppose to be feeding them today.

MY THOUGHTS:

-Raise light to 18in above canopy (was at 12in) (raised it yesterday when I first noticed the bleaching obviously)
-Add a little extra nitrogen on this feed
-Grab some Neem Oil and use it every 3-5 days, carefully only spraying on leaves when lights are off.
-Give them a wash (they could use it anyways, dusty dry spaces prior to flower) with some grozyme once a week (again only on leaves at lights off)

Think this might help guys???

HELP!!! My light goes off at 3:00pm so I need an answer on adding a little extra nitrogen on this feed asap. Its 11:00am right now. Although I suppose it wouldnt hurt regardless, I'm not substituting it for flower nutes, just adding a little extra nitrogen in.

IME with bleaching it will never fully return. (If in deed you do have bleaching)

I bleached some of mine with a 600w air cooled at like 3" away from the glass.

Thanks man. Ya I kind of figured as much. I'll just try the neem oil and extra nitrogen to see if it helps, can't hurt. Ya when I say a foot away, I meant from the bulb, so they were maybe 6in away from the tube or so.

Cheers

i've had bleaching before, i think it stayed. it's really not a big deal. i use the back of the hand test for proper light distance.

I've been testing CMH and had some bleaching happening from starting them too close. It eventually went away (new bleaching) when I got to 20" above the canopy (not suggesting you go that far with hps). The bleaching once it started never went away but didn't really affect the yield or anything, just looked like crap. I think it happens from a combo of intensity and high temps on the top canopy. I found that once I swapped out a fixed circulation fan for an oscillating fan it helped also. The plants that were taking the brunt of the fixed fan were much worse than the one's just behind them.

Ok awesome, thanks guys. I assumed if I caught them in time it shouldnt be a big deal no. They are starting week 4 of flower tomorrow. 2 or 3 out of the 8 plants look like they have exploded more with calyxs then the other ones. These 2 or 3 are on the short side of the 8. This concerns me that I have bleached the top colas of the other 5 or 6, there is no signs of bleaching other then the lack of development, the lower buds have exploded but again the top colas look underdeveloped. There isnt much I can do here obviously but just looking for some further insight on that now. Thank you again guys, makes me feel better about the situation that it shouldnt be a big deal.

Why the bump?
I will post a picture later today. I am concerned that when the light bleaching happened it affected most of my top colas causing underdevelopment. I say this because 2 or 3 out of the 8 that are shorter exploded with calyx's seeing as how they probably didnt get as much light bleaching. The other 6 or 7 exploded at all other budsites but not the top. This worries me, I'm counting on these top colas for yield. My first grow in all my new equipment so I'm trying to pay for the equipment off this first harvest to bounce back.
