Life isn't fair

Show me one person in this world that has no problems, and I'll show you someone that has you fooled. Life is hard. The ONLY way to make it less hard is to accept that is is hard. It always will be. Embrace the journey!
Life is hard, you're right. It's not hard because it has to be. It's hard because people make it hard. Someone exploiting someone else is them making their life easier at the expense of the exploited. This is what needs to change, and it can be changed.

If you decided to be done with people and go live your life 100% free of interacting with others, would life be easier? I can only imagine it being far harder. So not sure I buy your premise that people make life hard.

As for exploitation, yeah that is a worthy thing to stop. I wasn't really thinking of your question in those terms, more abstract.

I think it depends on how you define the word 'easier'

Why wouldn't life be easy for everyone in a perfect world? If nobody was out to exploit others, life would be easy for everyone as everyone's goal would simply be to succeed. The problem is that people are greedy. I don't blame them for that, greed is an essential part of capitalism. Capitalism requires greed to function. Part of greed is exploitation. It's a position that sits on the fence of morality. It's right to exploit people to increase profits, but it's wrong to exploit people to increase profits. Unfortunately, greed inevitably, always, wins out; it's always right to exploit people to increase profits. Justifications being those profits help other people because they might go to charity, or they might raise wages, or they might increase the amount of jobs said company creates.. When the reality is that they always go to the CEO and the shareholders..

If you are defining an employment contract that was voluntarily entered into as exploitation, I'm really not with you. Life is so much bigger than that.

In a world free of exploitation will we not have to deal with health issues and the inevitable death of everyone we know? Will relationships suddenly all work? No, it will still be hard because that is the nature of life. Just accept it as the cost of having this crazy experience.

greed is an essential part of the human psyche....i don' know that we'll ever outgrow it.
it's part of how primates think, more is better....hard to break a racial trait....
