Licensed Grow Room. Can only have 12 plants. Need Advice.

I need help with my setup. I'm getting my license to grow up to 12 plants at one time. My grow room is 9' x 7' with 6' ceiling. I plan on growing 2 PPP and 2 AK-48 plants, cutting 4 clones from 2, and saving 2 for motherhood. Any suggestions for my current plan.

  • 400w AgroSun HPS
  • BMO fertilizers
  • CO2 regulator w/ tank
  • 2 fans
Am I missing anything?

Is it possible to set it up where I harvest every 3 weeks? Keep in mind I can only have 12 plants at one time.
 
I would get 2 grow tents, 6 plants each. Start with a mother. If you get a 8 week flowerer, you can veg for 2 monts, flower 2 months. You'll get a nice size harvest every two months. With more than enough to smoke.
 
Have you considered using 2 600s instead of a single 1000 so you get better light coverage?
 
400W for 12 is a bit light. But f you have the MH also, run both. Adding MH to flowering has some perks other then just the extra light. I'd just rotate the lights or plants every few days.

dude your going to need at least a S&P TD 150 fan for your exhaust, and the same for the intake,then use yer speed control switch, check out my room, i just got done with it about 3 wks ago........I'm using 2 400w HPS, and mine stays @ 77 ish deg.......oh and you will need a circulating fan too.

I'm adding a 400w HPS Hortilux. Now I'm up to 800w. Is it possible to maintain 2 mother plant so that after every harvest I can take 5 clones from each plant every 9 weeks?
 
I'm looking for an inline fan and mylar today. Gonna try to make the DIY carbon filter too. Does anyone know of any designs for a turntable large enough to hold ten plants? I think a turntable could maximize the chance of the plants catching more rays.
 
I have three spots i use in my grow cycle. one for clones that are rooting under full blue spectrum florecents. my veg box i also us fbs. My flower room I have a 400 watt HPS, so i use a MH conv bulb for a week or two and then i hit them with the HPS. Well here is a pics and dates of how long it took with the cov bulb. The first pic is my cloning house taken may 3. second is under the con bulb. I put them in there may8 the pic was taken may17. third is 3 days under the HPS may 22, and fourth is jun 2 (HPS).

This is my second grow so i ant no pro but what i have seen and herd I would suggest leaning more turds a cooltube. It will keep the heat down and you can get them closer to the light.
 
I'm still in the building phase of my project. Once I finish I'll send some pics. Questions, comments, and concerns are welcome. I appreciate any and all help.
