i Always have a bowl on me. when i meet someone i hit it and pas it to them. if they take it and hit it and pass it back and simply say "thanks" as they grin, then they've said enough.

First of all, if some random dude hands me a bowl, I won't smoke it. I've gotten "wet" twice from strange bud.
I mean, I liked it lol, but still...
EDIT: To clarify, I just imagined some dude walking down the street, and when he met random people, in the middle of wherever they are, offered them a hit.

Me too, now...which its not as easy to find stuff anymore. But every now and then I find myself in a random situation....

yeah i always have a few joints or what not when i go out with friends (i dont really drink anymore) and my people always tend to gravitate towards me lol i got given dodgy weed a few times, but that was back when i was a teenager and didn't know better. it's pretty easy to tell a fellow chilled weed lover from a sinister fuckpot who is tryin to lace yer shit lol

i say there are several ways you can spot a new toker.
the way he/she rolls a j, you can tell straight off whether they are well practised( and i can tell when someone is an old hand at rolling but just plain lazy with it or bad at it )
when you pass them a j with no tobacco in it ( not common in the uk) they take big manly draws and cough like they have the flu.

You can tell an old time toker when you give them the vaporizer for the first time and they remain skeptical for that first 3 minutes. I've been smoking smoke(joints blunts bowls bongs) for almost 15 years now. I invested in a vaporizer - and when I first inhaled, I thought it was bullshit, because - I don't know, it wasn't smoking. Sat there for about 3-5 minutes frustrated, and then noticed I was high as fuck. Shit I'll smoke the vaporizer in the morning and run a mile in the gym in the afternoon.
Took it over friends house and watched the same process happen to them. Watched friends talk about "thats bullshit, it aint working" one minute, and was completely stoned laughing their ass off the next(still talking shit).

You can tell if someones a newb by the way they hold the pipe when they light it and hit it, if they have obvious unrefined and unpracticed smoking mannerisms, then they are a first class newb and need to be coached.
I had this toking buddy I used to smoke out with all the time, found out recently that he only took mouth hits which is strictly forbidden in my smoke circle (of 4 people lol) fuck newb mouthal hits, man that's a waste of some good high grade shit, which is a big no no.

It's funny...I'm very exacting with how I roll a joint. I used to be the joint roller in my smoking group, rolling in the back seat, on whatever I can find, in a moving vehicle. I break up the weed into a very fine, even consistency, and make a very even and easy drawing joint. I'm not one of those one hand rollers, but I make it so even a noob won't canoe it.
I was in the back of a band's van, I just met them, they were from half way across the country. I was dating their former manager, she took me out to see them perform. They didn't smoke much, and some dude gave them a bud about .5g. Just enough to give 4 people a buzz on top of drinking...but they rarely smoked lol, so I guess it hit them harder. Anyway, they left me a myspace message, "This guy rolls the best joints!!". I had to delete it, I mean, I can't have that on there lol. But it was a cool complement.

I did a rough estimate of one period of my life where I almost exclusively smoked joints (a 3 year period). Just in that time, my conservative estimate is 3,000 joints.
EDIT: Edited due to bad math lol.
Also, I'd say I rolled most of them, like 2,750
Keep in mind, I've smoked for over 10 years.

i can roll a j from start to scratch in 47 seconds bout 15 less without tobacco.
i can roll one handed no problem
when my j goes round a room of other peeps smokes people can id mine without even toking it.
i recently completed every joint in the handbook ending on the cannacigar
god knows how many j's ive rolled over my ten years tokin but its in the 1000's

A while back some friends and I where smoking with this very attractive girl from our high school. I guess she had just started taking up smoking because when the pipe got to her she didn't use the carb, when we pointed this out to she said that she didnt know what the hole on the side was for till now. My friend just responded aaawww your soo CUTE! we all had a good laugh.
