uhmm yea, u did buddy, your growing a plant illegal under federal law, and by attitude knowingly selling u seeds for cultivation purposes, they could be in hot water as well

I brought 4 seperate breeder packs and 3 packs totally germ. but all 5 seeds in the fourth didn't do a thing. I got the same letter you did when I notified them. I never did contact the breeder just wrote it off. I should be recieving another order soon. After reading this I think I will contact the breeder just because.

because lets say the OP is hypothetically an undercover agent, he says hey attitude i grew your product out and it sucks. Attitude isnt supposed to condone growing, and by complying with the customer who already admitted they grew, and giving them a refund or credit or what have you, they as a company are basically saying they in fact do condone growing, and are knowingly providing seeds to customers who are growing them , thats illegal in the eyes of the feds. Attitude is protecting their own ass, keep a customer, or possibly lose a company, what would you pick. IMO the op should have never stated he was growing, and shouldve merely stated he was unsatisfied with the product. As soon as you stated anything about growing it, attitude said, i aint touching that with a 10 ft pole

attitude has to obey UK law not the law of the USA, weather you are a state legal medical grower or not within the jurisdiction of your state is irrelevant to UK law
if attitude are exporting seeds for any purpose other than souvenirs they are in breach of UK law they could lose their business and worse
i am sure they would rather just lose your business if you keep being lippy lol

Have you read any of this, if tou contact anyone and told them you germinated one if them they cant talk to you. Seeds are sold as novelties and not to be germinated.

Their is one thing i dont understand and hopefully someone can answer. If your state has mad it leagal, wouldnt a dispencery have clones and seeds and things. Why would you be biuying internationally when u could go down the street and pick some up. And im gunna weed out 1 answer right now. Yes I read the whole thing But didn't have to to understand attitudes position. Thats why I stated I just wrote it off. I knew from the beginnig I wouldn't get a refund just wanted to notifie them about the issue so if it keeps happening with that breeder or strain they can remove them or it. If everybody just totally kept quit there would be a whole lot of shit out there from these seed banks.
