i currently have 2 600W hps lights and 12 small super lemon cuttings was just wondering if I was to put a 24watt LED light in between the 2 lights would that make a difference on plant growth or plant quality?
No experience what so ever with LEDS if someone could help would appreciate it
Is this about watt efficiency? When they are small too much light forces too much transpiration. When they are teenagers, they will love more light as they will have the growth to support the transpiration.

I had a slight lockout of Phosphorus in my current grow at the cutting stage from just a 800 watt equivalent LED on Blue. I pulled it back 2 extra feet and they flourished.

If you do not care about watts and cost, then I would add it when there is good branching a couple weeks into veg. Peace.

I think it like adding a horse under the hood because your ferrari hasnt enough HorsePower. It doesnt hurt but it doesnt help much.
Dont know much about LED but i would get a 250W or 400W hps/ Mh or something like that if you want some extra light.
