Well I can tell you that anything but green inst good. Perhaps try to introduce a cfl of some kind to round out the spectrum. I also know that you need red and blue spectrum of light with led's for them to be effective. A 600 watt led sounds like a expensive investment. Is it a super-nova? If so then its probably not the light and another factor or combination of factors that is causing the problem....just trying to help brainstorm the prob...

sounds like there's no Chlorophyl(sp) which is what makes leaves green because its not getting the correct amount of light spectrum.

You are using cheap LEDs. Unless you paid more than 3 grand for your 600 watt set up, you got ripped off. White plants means that your plants are not receiving any useable light. This doesnt mean you are totally screwed. White asperagus, mushrooms, and mung bean sprouts are grown the same way.
If your plant makes it to maturity, which is questionable, it will have a flaver that you have never tasted before. Im guessing the buds would be popcorn like, but take on a very sweet flavor. At least thats what happens to berries when they dont get light.

Its also possible that the lights are too close to the plant and your leaves got bleached. A photo would help, but more than likely its a lack of usable light.
