Does anyone know what °C/W/3" means?

looking at the 1 inch model on heatsink usa. It says
C/W/3": approximately 14.00

So does that mean it is able to cool off 14 watts per 3 inches? Or does it mean it's able to cool 14 degrees per 3 inches of watt power? I'm kind of confused. I figure it's the first one but I have no idea.

Just upgrade my HLG 500W QB to a Series 3+ Full Spec Infinity 500W Quantum Board from Budget LED. Bought it during their Black Friday sale and it arrived today and it looks spiffy. Good timing too as I was just starting my newest grow as of yesterday.

Some are UV and some are blue veg lights, as this is Budget LED Infinity Boards. So all 4 of the lights on the board have an on/off switch for UV. Plus they each have a switch for a Veg Blue and/or Flower Red light option to add for each stage of your grow.

Made a 2x4 Flower light to go with the 4/5k veg light.
All strips are Samsung M series 3.5k from a couple weeks ago when arrow had them for 89c. Lol
150lm/w I’ll take for the price. 24v-1350ma. 320w at 90%. Found Meanwell EDR drivers for Cheap $20-150w-that mount outside the tents.
taking a shot on the 660nm’s strip instead of Cree stars on veg. Next round coming soon to test these diy out! Trainwreck/Hdream.
