I loved the Migro review on those...
Gene, didn't GroMouse say you needed to buy like a half a million diodes if you wanted to buy those LEDs from Samsung?
I remember something like that in the video you guys did together...
That makes me very sceptical of many brand's stuff actually containing LM301B etc...

Simmilar doesnt mean same... Chinese are all simmilar but they are not same..

and ZEUS 308 is build in EU,Germany produce it from what i readed..
am also tryed to find at Alibaba and other sites but cant found boards
right with 308 Samsung LM301b diodes..

So how can i compare whithouth light meter and with different board... also was look those at Alibaba and they look to me like
inferior boards to HLG or Zeus308 work..

But i addmit i never tried to buy something from Alibaba as other folks say they are not good enough
like HLG boards.. so i read on forums and people says they are not same...

Am also dont know in these moment does Zeus 308 will perform great.. thats also question of time and
what kind of yield i can pull out.. am newbie at LEDs growing so there is much to learn..
You mean you bought a Zues over a HYDROGROW XB Board? Man you're trippin. RGB, YOU know you love them.

What tells you HGL is better than Zeus 308???

Also did you sees feature there are all kind of supplemental lights there to build fixture by your own vision of spectral mixtures of lights??

Am new in LEDs but for us in EU these producer is fast and reliable.. while i also read internet and HGL company is long time known for snitchin costumers that dont wish to write positive reviews, they are like mobs in LED light industry...

What tells you they are great, those RGB diodes, why you hypeing them over
white boards that have posibility to enhance specter thru different arrays
fo adding red-blue-green-far red,etc...??

No. For a price break...not to get them. There are many authorized distributors that sell samsungs, some with no minimums, but 4000 is the usual minimum to get reels. Digikey will break down reels and sell a single diode.
500,000 samsungs is only ~ $35,000. For a business selling lights, it's not bad.

I guess,, thanks for clearing up the confusion. Yes, I was aware you could buy small quantities from Digikey. That is not exactly the cheapest way of running a business.
I know, cause I am buying parts for my strip lights from there.

Hello so I’ve narrowed down my decision to get a quantum board kit. So can anyone post a good deal/setup for a 3 or 4 board setup with 300 watts ? So many options on alibaba also I just don’t know which one. Maybe somebody here ha ordered something similar to my request with a good experience ?!?
Thank you very much
Sincerely 3000

Nonetheless, it is great to see Mars bringing higher quality products to the market. Such a large player in the LED game can lift the quality of cheaper lights in general as others will follow.
