Led lights watts advertised vs actual watt output???

... but there are people that don't have money to blow so if I can have a journal with cheap equipment and pull a decent yield ...
DGNH - blurples will work for small grow areas and will give you some bud. Maybe not scads of it ...

What would you consider to be a decent yield?

That's the thing.. Anything. Idk what an average yield is. And now a days so,many strains. I'm going off estimated yield from the seeds I have

Basically went on the cheap side. Because that's what alot of people can afford. Son in giving it a shot. So far so good. Plants are loving it. Plenty enough light to go around outta this one.

Looking good.
So might be helpful to post stats your using...IF anyone ever searched for that lite and got here...lol

I use expert gardeners organic expanding coco .from walmart. I use general hydroponics florseries with a calmag and a floralicius additive. The light is a cdmall 1200w (240w actual) on top of my 4 100w cfls I already had.

I run both switches. As the light it brighter and both working together has a broader spectrum than just one switch on. . light is about 18 inches away from, tops but they are growing and after they get about a foot away ill raise the lights back,to 18. Right now the plants are almost 2 feet tall.

Hows the temps ?
Any noise you notice ?
Oh and I think its "cubed" on square footage times height...square foot is length times width...then height makes it cubed...my ocd tho...lol
Haha ya cubed or whatever its called.. And the light is very quiet. All I hear are a slight noise of the fans. But its actually relaxing not noisy .. The light puts out a little heat. Mostly out of the top fans. But I have air going,in and out so it stays a decent 75 give or take a few degrees on lights out . you can shut the lights off and still keep the fans on so it helps keep air flow in the room.. With the lights on I haven't had it over 80 degrees in the room. If ya didn't have any air flow it would get warm, for sure.

Ya.. I call it the "murica" board. Reds whites and blues lol. I'm going to finish this grow under it. Then have one start to finish under it. And see where it stands.. As of right now. Its plenty of light for my,needs. I was happy this lights made of,metal and not cheap plastic
