leaves' edges of seedling are curling up

Day 12, since day 10 the leaves' edges are curling. my question is: can this only be related to overwatering or also other environmental causes? (i overwatered the plant in day 9 and the soil is still wet now)
I keep the light (CFL 150w) away 10 cm and the temp in my room is on average 25°C.20191122_113016.jpg20191122_121809.jpg

Sorry that was rude of me. Your plant is thirsty fill the pot up at 3 with a even coat of water until she starts coming out the bottom good do that on repeat every 3 days or sooner depending on how much she's drinking

Are you sure she's thirsty? The soil is still wet since 3 days... (i know in the foto seems dry but under the very first layer is wet)

Yeah thats most likely one of 2 bro. hot or dry, looks dry in the photo but that heat could be the case drying the top soil, listen to ^^^^^^ everyone here thats the problem im 88% positive 10% lack of knowledge of a master and 2% high as hell and unsure of anything suspect...

Renfros right, need humidity in the grow room, try putting a clear dome over the plant and mist the inside with water for a couple of days, are you getting fresh air into the room or space your growing??
