Seedlings Leaves Look Like Cabbage Leaves

Perhaps oxegenating, (if that is a word) your water before you water them could bring some fresh O2 to the root zone. I bubble my water with an aquarium air pump, at least half an hour.
Interesting, you sure that works? yeah I have some airstones around me from hydro setup I will start exploring later on, just started with soil recently.

Yeah I fhink I am done with premade mixes, ypu are right about perlite now when I look at it, it doesnt seem to have 30% perlite, I'll transplant them to a half gallon airpots tonight and they will aerate the roots proper, will add perlite and vermiculite to the end mix
No reason to add vermiculite.
This is what 30% Perlite looks like.

Yes this is what my end mix looks like, I have this in airpots and it wprks really well, I only haven't added perlite to the Ligjt Mix due to being naive and thinking it knows better bit I wil stop buying thoae and make my light mix with coco, perlite and compost soil like I dp fpr the end mix

Don't do that. Don't mix coco and soil........they have different pH and feeding requirements. Either use coco or soil.
Coco requires daily feeding to run off and should stay saturated at all times.......soil has to go through a wet/dry cycle.
I've mixed coco in soil mixea b4 and so do many, its true that solely coco is basically hydro, but when youmix it into a soil it makes soil lighter and more airy, many suggest coco with perlite for unison effect, especially for autos

Dont mix different mediums - just take the advice and do simple aeration / drainage improvements ( coarse perlite / pumice )

Keep things simple.

You can prep new bigger containers ( adding the perlite ) and transplant them.

Those paper cups will hold moisture

Like I've said, many add 20-30% coco to soil due to the mix of water retention and natural drainage, the coir will loosen the texture of clay soil, reducing waterlogging. It will do the opposite for sandy soil: allowing it to better hold wate. These are just facts when making your own mix it is very beneficial, 40% compost 30% coco 30% perlite is very popular especially with the autos.

For the transplant yes, like Ive said before in comments I will do fhrm in small airpots to dry out, they are already looking better, thanks for the input.

Looks much more like lettuce than cabbage. If you really had no run off, they are still very and over watered, a dry medium in a cup will have run off with 3 tablespoons unless you are using a wetting agent. Transplanting while there are wet sucks but is a "quick way" out of this situation of you are careful.

They actually got better immidiately after.I attached fresh air vent to the tent, so it was like I suspected in the end, the air must have gotten stale, I actually watered them again and are now improving and are not showing over water symptoms
