Nothing wrong with them.

Don't water for a couple of days then very easy when you do. Don't soak it and let it find its roots.

Kinda small for 2 weeks though.

Do you think so ? Maybe because they are indoor near the window and they only catch sun like half of the day. I m thinking of moving them to a green house, what do you think ?

As long as the humidity and temperature inside the greenhouse is okay... then it shouldn't be a problem. I fact, more sun would do them just fine. For humidity control if its too low just cover your seedlings with a wet plastic bag or dome to keep them humid or use foliar spraying

For sure, that is why they are small. More light needed.

I use a bottle of RO water and then the paper towel technique to sprout my seedlings, after they've sprouted I plant them in a red plastic cup that I bought at the store 1 year ago and have been reusing them since! the roots cover the whole cup in about 2 weeks so a transplant is needed by then. Depending on the specie of your Auto... Most people don't like to transplant Autos as they take a couple of days to recover after transplant and Autos are very picky when it comes to growing... I personally just transplant once in both my photo and Auto flowers.
