hmm it looks like a nutes deficiency or maybe over water when was the last time you watered it that would help and are you currently using nutes what soil do you use maybe the roots are root bound and cant go anywhere? you need to give us more info

Looks like over watering.
It is a common mistake with new growers.
Are you watering everyday? Do you let your soil dry out mostly? The roots need to search for the water.

Try not giving them water for a day or so, they should perk back up.

I water every 3-4 days, really once I notice the soil is dry and inch below the surface i usually wait one more day before watering again. I feed them fox farm grow big every other watering. Usually it takes a little under a half gallon to give them each a good soak so i add about a half cap full of the growbig

I forgot to mention I used hyponex potting soil and I have yet to check the roots to see if they are rootbound I plan to check after next watering so that the soil doesn't fall apart on me. The strange things is I water equally among my 12 plants and though they vary in size slightly that is the only one of the twelve that looks that way, all others have normal structure

I would say they are getting root bound and not enough water. They are nice and green lots of veg in a small pot, no signs of nute burn, just under watered and needing room for roots. Keep your ph 6.5 (water) Also make sure your water sets out for 24 hrs so chlorine can dissapate

GoldenGanja13 thanks for the input. I don't really think its under watered the fan leaves aren't really wilted or drooping just aiming downward I watered them yesterday. with ph'ed(6-6.5) water from my dehumidifier, I was using tap water but ph was much higher. The water from the dehumidifier is usually right on point as far as ph and I have to adjust it slightly when I add nutes usually raise it a touch

Goldenganja13 I use the vile style ph tester from general hydroponics were you add 3-5 drops of solution and compare color thats sample turns to a chart with corresponding ph levels

Thats cool, I mean if it works thats great! What I do is take my milk jugs and wash them out then fill them all with tap water (lots of good minerals) and set them out for 24hrs (no lid) then just before I use the water I test the ph and get it at 6.5 (everytime) and then add my nutes and molases.

Goldenganja13 I check my ph after adding nutes to make sure it doesn't change, I also used molasses on the outdoor grow i did a couple years back and plan to use it again during flowering this time do you use it while flowering or the entire time?

Molases is good for the microbiotics in the soil. Also Molases has Magnesium, pottasium and b6. SO in veg I use 1 tbls per gallon once a week and in bloom since the plant will turn the sugars into carbs I use 2tbls per gallon per water/feeding/flush until harvest.

Goldenganja13 good to know I figured it couldn't hurt but i thought it was most useful during flower I'm gonna start adding it next time i water

Microbiotic minerals are formed by microbes digesting and processing carbonaceous matter in the soil. They dig the molases.
Thanks for the +rep Bean

I stopped sitting around wondering what was happening and finally checked my plant with the issues. flipped it upside down and checked to see if it was rootbound and sure as sh!t it was. A transplant and new bigger pots are in their future. Any suggestions as to the size pot they have been vegging for about a month and a half and will probably veg for a week or two longer before i put them to flower. I have limited floor space 5 feet wide 3 feet deep and 6 and a half feet of height. I was thinking the black 1 gallon pots or bags will this be big enough to finish in?

I would go no less that 3 gallon bags or container. You saw first hand what a root bound plant looks like, and think about how much she will grow in bloom!

Well as i see it give them a good soak every 3-4days and check your PH make sure its not to high. It could be that its shocked right now from the nutes not use to them or something but when did you start giving them nutes. how old are these? and add me :) +REPS for wanting to have a great crop

Helpmegrow been giving them nutes from about the 3rd week of veg slowly increasing the amount as time goes on I give them about a half of a cap full of the fox farm growbig which is a little less than a tablespoon per half gallon.

Mygirls thanks for checking in the reason the soil is so dry is that I suspected overwatering as the problem. Now that I realize that it was most likely just root bound I'll be sure to give them another watering. Is there anything else that I should be worried about as a result of the rootboundness as far as watering and giving nutes ( less or more of each maybe?) as I haven't been able to get new larger pots yet. definitely tomorrow.

yeah exactly wat golden says sept i leave mine in a bucket but im having kinda the same problem sept my leaves on some of my 12 plants are twisting in the middle but i think that was heat stress due 2 my 600watt hps but now im using 2 bluee 300watt cfls and they seem 2 doing alot better ill put some pics on
