it doesn't bother me either way anymore really, its the ones (which I haven't seen in forever) that sell stolen cc and also the ones selling product like smoke and pills(which I have neither against but breaking site policy is breaking site policy and there are other ways to peddle things).
All I have to say to op is I've got a few thousand seeds and am in Colorado so if you need another homie........

yeah, it seems getting rid of v-bulletin has done wonders for the amount of spam we're getting.. we still get some, but 99% of that doesn't make it on to the boards any longer..

and yeah, the cc thieves always pissed me off the most as well.. thieving bastards..
