What I think some people are missing in this thread is that rape is bad. Sexual assault is bad. Perspective is different. Yes rape is rape. Sexual assualt can mean different things to different people. For example, if I were to piss in public and someone see my cock and balls, they could feel sexually assaulted. Was it my intention? No, I had to piss. Now if that person snuck up behind me and grabbed my shit that's deliberate, but would I report it? No. If I did I'd likely be to ticketed. Now if that were a woman and I diddled her shit, I'd be a sexual predator. Circumstances matter, as does gender and the act taking place. Some things really are based on perspective. Oh, I've had my dick grabbed at a club by a female. That's allegedly sexual assualt. Did I complain? No. If I had done the same I'd be escorted out.
