Don't worry I'm not drunk just stoned lol. Bottom line is growing is a privilege that not everyone can afford. I can't afford to have a warehouse full of leds yet but one day I just might. You know that saying it takes money to make money that falls into place with good leds.

As I was saying in another thread you can only throw down so much light on a plant before it has negative results. This can be accomplished with HPS or LED. LED does cost more up front, but at current efficiency it basically breaks even over 5 years. In the next couple years as new emitters are introduced the overall cost -vs- time will swing towards LED.
So light intensity, and penetration isn't going to be an issue in the near future. The only thing that will be left is quality of light. 1500 PPFD of HPS or HPS/CMH -vs- 1500 PPFD of LED is what it will come down to. It's a good bet that LED will come out on top, with energy savings to boot. This kind of testing hasn't been done as far as I know, but would represent the fairest comparison between the two.

First off it wasn't directed towards you and when I say growing is a privilege some people can't even buy hps or mh bulbs or ven better yet get the right equipment that they need REAL talk.

Strains, phenos, way it is grown was covered. And I asked church time in vegg, pulls a year with no answer and he choose not to say in the beginning what was what with what he did. And realstyles o I'm sorry money man sound better I hope them are u pictures u are showing us.

Sorry for the delay, I was busy trimming weed and measuring for you...
From a different setup I have, ~240W of vero 29 in a 2'x4' wooden box, 227g totally dry + 70g I just picked fresh (secondary harvest about a week later) and I felt like that grow didn't live up to my expectations.
The grow you saw under the 240W of vero 18 in a 2'x4' tent was never measured, but the yield completely filled a 7"x8"14" amazon box. THAT one was well beyond my expectations, but since I do not sell, I usually do not measure my harvests.
It's all c99 from female seeds so you can determine for yourself how many pulls I get a year.
If you ask me any more general yield questions, the answer will be "a pound".
