the casey jones s1.... hmm it could be a few things....I think one major factor to the whole slow growth issue is the fact that I germed mine under 12/12...and its still under 12/12...it looks like a small 1.25" tall cutting...as if it did not go through a seedling stage...the thing is I should have expected that...but I havent grown a seed direct into 12/12 in so long ...I was expecting to see it react like a regular seedling.As for you joe..you germed it and put it under simular hours of light right?? basicly directly into flowering ... or did you have your under lights..i dont know...that could be the main factor as to why we didnt see them take off...or it could be a bunch of other stuff .. If i start to see flowers real early...I`ll know what was up..it was just putting all its energry into matureing.. sorry to here you took yours down..but i understand... even if mine dies ...Its going in again ...real soon..the casey has a high priority with me..

Hmm...good point about the light hours. I did have it under a cfl at first in addition to the roughly 11.5 hours of daylight, so that could be it. Could be temperature related too, the nights have been getting quite a bit cooler and the days haven't been warmer than 80-82.

I definitely want to run the Casey Jones, but I want to do it justice too, and to me that means a proper grow: lots of light, warm days and cool nights and plenty of time to spread its wings.

Already thinking about next spring/summer. I don't want huge monsters, so I'm thinking of starting seeds early-mid May, sexed and into final pots/ground by June 21 (longest daylight hours). The SLH was started in March this year and in the ground mid April, that was too early and she got too big...well, bigger than I was prepared to handle anyway.

i have casey in veg about a month or so now that is a beauty of a plant so i dont think that it is a slow grower at all mine is rather the opposite with huge huge fans on it and a dense bushy canopy.

You smoked any of that KQXBH yet Joe? I'll be running her outdoor next season and wondered.

That is from a small test bud picked 2 days ago..from my #3.

seeds still matureing on my mothers ...2 weeks to take down....then I`ll collect the beans... and am thinking of turning the rest to hash...

This is a keeper strain for me..

Stone here is my casey s1 around 5-6 weeks veg i believe vegged under 8 26watt cfl bulbs spread throughout a 3x2 tent and here is a herijuana for the hell of it

hey stonehead....ive been using the agrosun gold 1k watt for few years....between that and horti's eye blue the bulbs are magic. love the agrosun...ive got a couple kk x bh in flower now and was wonderin of any smoke reports? anyone have any cured yet?

So my KQxBH has been curing for a good bit now and man does it smell amazing. Still haven't gotten a smoke test, but I'll probably sample some this weekend once I get home. Working and staying out of town sucks, but I gots to get paid.

heres mine..12/12 from seed ..burn from the cfls...took them out for another project...if you look close you`ll see the first bean of ko kush f4 x casey jones





4 fully beaned KQxBH (with k.o. kush f4 males) dry... ... mission accomplished..picked on nov 30. buds all over mature,to ensure as many ripe beans as possible,and they look like it..even some very small ones. It`s always a pain to clean out seeds and try to get the best left over bud, sorting beans your always going to to loose resin..I`v sorted through a bit of each of the 4,and there all potent.... I cant wait to do my #1 ...and taste some perfect ripe sensimilla from this... 1 hit to dreams I know,and I know all these K.O. Queen beans are gonna be straight fire... More to come ...good to see you guys...lets keep up with the updates.. I`m gonna use this ko kush pollen on everything ... I smoked the old male flowers...and got knocked out

just cut down 2 KQ x BH....one smells like ruby red grape fruit, the other yielded heavier and reeks of blueberry....both tall and stretchy but bluberry pheno had much thicker and stonger stalks...happier for sure. cant wait to try these
