Kickass new job!

I have helped a friend in a situation almost identical to yours. The best way to go about it. Is make a monitized list of every single thing you need with an explanation for each cost. You get the equipment your comfortable with, what you know. If he says anything about being over budget, and there isn't anywhere to cut cost, you simply tell him doing this is one thing, doing it right is another. Your goin to have so much competition, that if your don't grow the best shit, they are not goin to get what they want for it wholesale.

Do it right the first time. Don't change what you know how to to do to cut cost. As an invester, I would be more inclined to spend the extra money to do it the way you know how than to risk u trying a new way to save cost, which could ultimately cost you the whole harvest. Just my opinion.
I don't know what to say. This post has made me re-evaluate (once again) the entire plan. I started here, and have gone around, probably two full revolutions. I'm going to have to settle upon a idea soon, lol. While I don't feel as if it's time wasted, exploring possibilities... The hour is drawing near.

Thanks to everyone for being helpful.

I've come back around to sticking with what others are doing. I'm going to have a hard time as it is, and would rather not complicate things any more than necessary.

Is there anything wrong with this schedule?

Pop enough beans so that after sexing, I'm left with 20 or so mothers.
Veg under 2 x 600w - 4' x 8' for 30-45 days
Cut 180 clones
1 Week to Root clones under t5
2 week pre-veg under 3-4 600's
Select 90 best for flower
9 plants per light, 3-5 gallon pots, 10k, 12'x24'
Cut 180 new clones, 3 weeks before harvest.

Give yourself 2 weeks to clone. Your also gonna be closer to 45-60 days on those seeds to get nice healthy cuts. You don't want to clone from seed too early.

Buy some nice big rooted juveniles and run those while your seed stock is growing, otherwise you're putting yourself two months behind from jump- not a good way to impress the boss.
