my first grow im using 4 200w cfls need help not sure about sex im worried i think it might be male/hermie

How long have you been flowering? I do not see any signs of sex yet.

Too early to tell. When you start flowering they'll show sex within two weeks or so.

how long have you been in flower. take a week to 10 days, although iv seen sooner.you'll see hair or balls give it time.

Yeah, they are not showing sex yet. At least there aren't any balls yet. Depending on the strain it could take 10-20 days to show sex.

is any sex shown yet worried these could be balls right above the pistels

when you see pistols man, you'll know. Those little things are straight green, (anyone know the technical name for those things, let me know if you do please) Pistols are straight up blatantly white. still too soon man. Just give it some time.
